Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Remote Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with property agents, introducing our platform's services, and driving sales growth. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and requires strong communication skills, sales experience, and a solid understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to property agents and real estate professionals to introduce Jumuika.co.ke's services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our platform.
  • Identify sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or digital services industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and promote digital solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
